We redesigned the campaign operating model and enabled it through a global Salesforce ecosystem deployed across 20 markets.

At the foundation, a unified data model and standardised processes established a consistent framework for campaign execution across the organisation.

On top of this foundation, we developed a custom application layer that simplifies the entire campaign workflow. Complex segmentation and activation capabilities were made accessible through an intuitive interface, allowing users to create, target, and launch campaigns in minutes without requiring deep technical expertise.

By moving complexity into the platform itself, we enabled local teams to work faster while maintaining central governance and consistency.

The solution was designed with adoption in mind, making it possible to onboard new users in approximately 30 minutes and quickly scale usage across markets.

The result is a global setup where execution is decentralised, but standards, data, and processes remain connected.
