NoA Ignite has appointed Gøril Rønning as its new Nordic CEO, with responsibility for leading the company across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Poland.
Rønning joins from Capgemini, where she was Vice President and led 800 employees in its technology consulting division in Norway. Recognized as one of Norway’s 50 leading women in tech, she brings broad experience in developing companies, building strong cultures, and shaping client relationships.
Group CEO Mikael Jørgensen calls her a dream hire, pointing to her solid track record in both the IT and consulting industries. Her mandate is clear: to unify resources across markets, accelerate growth, and raise ambitions for NoA Ignite as a digital innovation partner.
Rønning herself highlights the company’s strong track record in retail, banking, gaming, and the public sector, as well as the unique mix of creativity and technology that defines NoA Ignite. She describes the culture as ambitious, collaborative, and positioned to set new standards in digital experiences.
With more than 400 employees across its Nordic offices, NoA Ignite enters its next chapter with Rønning at the helm.
