A connected digital sales platform

Together with SCC, we began with an in-depth discovery and planning phase to define requirements and design an integrated solution. The objective was clear. Streamline operations, improve data management, and elevate the digital customer experience.

The new platform was built on a scalable cloud infrastructure using Vercel and Sanity. Ensuring performance, security, and flexibility for future growth. At its core, we built an integrated system. It connects directly with SCC’s Dealer Management System, Advectus. External data providers enrich it: SilverDAT, CitNOW, InternalCars, Keyloop, and Netwheels/GT-X. These integrations provide detailed service histories and accurate equipment data. They also deliver condition reports and real-time market insights to customers and staff.

Detailed car descriptions are automatically generated and localized with the help of AI, ensuring consistency and relevance across markets. Rich data and transparent reports provide the level of detail expected in a premium purchase.

Workflows for the sales team were restructured and automated. Car listings now take half the time to publish, thanks to enriched data and better integrations. Content models and data flows ensure accuracy and reduce duplication. Personalized marketing campaigns, powered by Klaviyo, allow SCC to strengthen engagement long after the initial contact.

Collaboration made the difference. We joined forces with SCC’s core team, Bluebird / NoA, and key technology partners. Together, we built a platform fully aligned with SCC’s strategic goals and designed to support the daily work of their staff.

The time required to publish a car listing has been cut in half. Lead conversion rates have improved, meaning more website visitors are turning into qualified prospects. For sales staff, administrative tasks have been reduced, allowing more focus on customer interactions and service.

For customers, the experience is clearer, more transparent, and designed to build trust. For the sales team, streamlined tools and processes have reduced manual work and enabled faster updates.

Early feedback shows the site is easier to navigate, more informative, and visually aligned with SCC’s premium brand. Localized versions have also expanded SCC’s reach into new markets.

Strategically, SCC now has a platform that provides a competitive edge. Real-time insights into pricing and demand strengthen decision-making. Personalized marketing increases loyalty and repeat business. The cloud-based infrastructure ensures that the solution is not only stable today but scalable for tomorrow’s needs.

Most importantly, the platform delivers directly on SCC’s Car Sales 3.0 strategy. It connects operations with customer experience in a single flow, giving SCC the agility to adapt, innovate, and grow.
